In Page-granular mode, you can specify anything from 4 kiB to 4 GiB in 4 kiB jumps. The 20-bit Limit is shifted 12 bits to the left, and 1 s are shifted in. A Page-granular Limit of 0_0000h actually means 0000_0FFFh .
