Humberto Akʼabal, also Akʼabʼal or Akabal (31 October 1952 – 28 January 2024), was a Kʼicheʼ Maya poet from Guatemala. Akʼabʼal wrote in his native language of Kʼicheʼ, and then translated his poetry into Spanish.
