Websooo after some research and changing settings in War Thunder i have found the solution and that is turning off the Easy Anticheat (if you wondering how to do this on steam you hit play and click on the Launch manual game update or just go to the game file and click on the Launcher note: you don't need to change the setting in WT just hit the Easy Anticheat) WebPC: Press Ctrl + PrtSc (print screen). Paste into MS Paint and save (no watermark). It was first of all broken because alot of the filters like depth of field wasn't working, now if you start up nvidea photo mode you cant move anymore with the camera. The W, S, A, D, Q, E keys so now we dont have any working photo method left in game at all and it was alreasy for a few years not properly working.
