WebbI know if you look under the mods tab in game, it won't show all your mods, but they can still be enabled and functioning without being listed. I personally don't launch via Vortex, I launch via the FO4SE loader file, but have just launch directly from Steam in the past. The Pipboy itself has a specific glove, and that glove has a control knob on the back of it. Under normal circumstances, that glove replaces the glove from any given outfit.
